The company revealed it's intent via it's official Twitter handle, tweeting: "Yesterday @dammy_krane booked @TapJets flight using stolen credit card numbers. Our policy is to prosecute to the fullest extent #crime."
Prior to his arrest, Krane shared vidoes of himself having the time of his life on a private jet, one of which he was seen enjoying jollof rice on the flight barely days before his arrest.
As earlier reported, the pop singer was arrested on Friday, June 2, in Dade County, Miami, Florida and is currently in jail with his bail set at $5,000.
Dammy Krane's mug shot appeared on the Internet shortly after the news broke, but his name on the shot is Johnson-Hunga Oyindamola Emmanuel.
The image showed the date and time when the singer was booked as well as the bond payment to be remitted before his release.
The singer, in a series of Twitter posts he shared following the news of his incarceration, made subliminal remarks regarding the incident in a confrontational manner directed at his critics.
